Who We Are
After discovering their mutual love for the north Georgia mountains, Architect Roney J. Mateu, FAIA and General Contractor Alfonso Diaz, built their first Mountain Modern House, Casa 34-58N, 83-20W in Sky Valley, Georgia in 2020.
What We Do
Mountain Modern Houses has been created to develop modern mountain living opportunities for discerning clients that want to set themselves apart from the normal, the ordinary. The architectural compositions proposed are “one of a kind” designs that take advantage of site, orientation, views and other unique qualities of each selected site.
Award Winning Design
All of our Mountain Modern Houses have been designed by the award winning architectural offices of MATEU Architecture, Inc. based in Miami, Florida. MATEU Architecture, Inc. is licensed to provide complete architectural services in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Kentucky.
